Such a lovely hidden gem in the middle of Listowel. An amazing, vast selection of baked treats and delicious coffee. We were very happy with their mango matcha latte and shaken affogato as well as the treats. I would drive a half hour out of my way just to stop here

Finally brought my husband to Impressions Bakery in Listowel, and let’s just say he’s officially obsessed! The moment we walked in, we were hit with that warm, fresh-baked smell that screams ‘comfort.’ We got coffee and a latte, and sweets of course; each bite was better than the last. The staff was so friendly, the atmosphere was cozy, and everything tasted homemade in the best way. Safe to say, we’ll be making this a regular stop.
